A liability waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement specific to in-person athletic training for minors must be drafted (or reviewed) by an attorney and signed by every participating family before the season begins.

Registration

Registering an athlete requires a parent or legal guardian to complete the registration form and consent on the athlete's behalf. The current program cost is $499 for the season package (10 sessions), or $65 per drop-in session.

Assumption of risk

Athletic training carries an inherent risk of injury. A written waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement is required before an athlete's first session — see the Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk policy.

Conduct

Athletes and families are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other athletes with respect. Coaching staff may remove an athlete from a session for unsafe or disruptive conduct.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the program grows. Continued participation after an update means you accept the current terms.
