Terms

A liability waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement specific to in-person athletic training for minors must be drafted (or reviewed) by an attorney and signed by every participating family before the season begins.
Registration
Registering an athlete requires a parent or legal guardian to complete the registration form and consent on the athlete's behalf. The current program cost is $500 one-time registration plus $499 for the season package ($999 total).
Assumption of risk
Athletic training carries an inherent risk of injury. A written waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement is required before an athlete's first session. [[FINAL WAIVER LANGUAGE PENDING LEGAL REVIEW]]
Conduct
Athletes and families are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other athletes with respect. Coaching staff may remove an athlete from a session for unsafe or disruptive conduct.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the program grows. Continued participation after an update means you accept the current terms.
